After ten years of leading Sport for Development and Physical Education efforts in the Caribbean, the Trinidad and Tobago Alliance for Sport and Physical Education (TTASPE) has taken the bold step to rebrand the organization and to embark on a journey of restructuring designed to enhance the organization’s capacity to fulfill an expanding regional mandate.
Beyond Sport - Inspiring a Generation
It is difficult to explain how the mere presence of a man who struggles to walk, speak and perform most basic functions could evoke so much emotion among members of the sport and development fraternity gathered at the St Paul’s Hotel in London for the Beyond Sport Summit. Of course, Ali would probably evoke such emotions among any audience - he defines legacy.

Elementary Physical Education and Ready & Able program expansion to be continued in St. Lucia
Through pedagogy and inclusion, St. Lucia are using the Elementary Physical Education and Ready & Able program with adaptive modules to introduce between 30 and 40 teachers in the northern district, to a quality sport and physical education experience.
TTASPE is the leader in physical education, sport for development and community sport programming throughout the Caribbean. TTASPE’s mission is to provide leadership and support to those who work with children, youth and persons with disabilities in sport and physical education programs.
