Frequently Asked Questions

Where is Game On! implemented?
Game On! is an expanding worldwide initiative that is currently implemented in parts of Africa, Asia, the Pacific, Central America and the Caribbean.

How can I get involved with Game On!?
The first step to getting involved is to contact the TTASPE headquarters, the regional coordinator or a sport development officer.

How many days of the week does Game On! run?
The time frame is different with every Game On! program. Generally an in-school program is delivered 3 to 4 times a week. An After-School program is usually delivered 2 to 3 times a week.

What age group does Game On cater for?
Children aged between of 5 and 12 years. However, we prefer to focus on the skill level of the children, rather than their age. As a result, the program can be delivered from kindergarten aged children to junior high school children.

How can I volunteer?
In order to support a Game On! Program in your school or community, you must first attend a Game On! Training workshop. To locate a workshop near you please contact TTASPE.

What is Game On leader training?
Game On leader training is a pre-requisite for teachers, instructors or community volunteers who are interested in delivering Game On! to a school or community. Game On! training consists of 18 contact hours usually delivered over three days.
